What is Coll? It is a collective of creatives and industry professionals with over 20 years experience in design, branding, signage and project management. Each of us is a specialist in our own field enabling us to deliver the best possible service for your project. Our aim is to provide an impeccably managed creative service for a diverse portfolio of projects.
Who are we? Our varied collective consists of Eoghan Moore of Big Moo Design, Mick Rimmer of Concept67, Colin Coligher of Graphics Plus and
William Harkin of Gravity Signs who is not only the glue that binds us all together he is also a supremely experienced project manager. Scroll down to our individual biographies for more detailed info on each of us.
What do we do and how we do it?
Creativity, diversity and experience are our overwhelming strengths that allow us to deliver with maximum flair and minimum fuss practically any project from branding and signage to web design, social media content. From the very beginning our project manager William will coordinate everything for you with total transparency including pricing, budget monitoring, contracts, surveys and design concepts culminating in the final immaculate installation.

From business cards to a fully repsonsive website we offer it all. We have years of experience in branding and signage design.
Production
We produce over 90% of all signage in house. Anything we don't produce we get the best trade prices on the market that you won't get going direct.
Installations
When everything is produced we implement a full installation package with contingencies. We are cost effective and experienced, meaning our clients have the best of both worlds.
William Harkin - Gravity Signs
William started working in the sign industry 20 years ago. He moved to London in 2011, set up his first sign company and has never looked back. Over the past 10 years he has worked directly or indirectly through design agencies for CEG, Threadneedle Columbia, Workman, Workspace, Savills, Thames Water, TFL and many more of Londons biggest corporations. His attitude to alway put the client first has gained him a solid reputatuion in the design and sign industry.
Mick Rimmer - Concept67
Mick arrived in London from the North West in 1988 and so began a very varied and fulfilling career in design. In the three decades since he operated within the cosmetics and hospitality industries providing all manner of material, advertising, branding and point of sale. Following a period in Australia he went on to form his own company concept60seven a venture which continues to flourish within industry sectors as diverse as events, music and publishing, boasting a client list that includes major international exhibition organisers and worked with bands such as Black Sabbath, The Undertones and Slade. Along with this rich and diverse experience he brings to Coll an insatiable appetite for creativity of all forms and a formidable technical skill set, he’s fun to work with too.
Colin Golligher - Graphics Plus
Colin has been in the sign industry for over 20 years. He started his trade as soon as he left school and has been mastering his craft ever since. Colin set up Graphics Plus over 10 years ago and has gone from strength to srength supplying signage and graphics all over the UK. He spent over 5 years in Australia working for one of the largest sign companies while he was there. There isn't anything Colin doesn't know about signage.
Eoghan Moore - Big Moo Design
Eoghan graduated from Ulster University with a BDes in Design Communication. He started working for a design agency as soon as he graduated and has worked on a variety of large scale design projects over the years. It was a natural progression for Eoghan to make the bold mooove of starting his own design agency and thats exactly what he did in 2012. In the last 10 years, Eoghans reputation has proceeded him and he has outgrown his initial design studio, moving to larger premises in 2020 and taking on more staff to help with the ever-demanding work load. That said, he loves designing so much he is excited to hear about your project.
